  • Vacuum the fabric regularly to remove dust and dirt.
  • Clean the spots with a mild detergent or damp cloth and avoid strong chemicals that can damage the fabric.


Cushion maintenance:

  • The cushions can be hand-washed at 30 °C or machine-washed on a gentle cycle.
  • Do not tumble dry - natural drying is best. Shake the pads well after they have dried.


Internal maintenance of the pouf:

  • For interior materials, cleaning with a damp cloth is sufficient.
  • Special materials prevent odours, liquids or animal hair from accumulating, so the pouf remains hygienic.

What materials are Pufé beds made of?

We use only premium, pet-safe materials. Each bed features a high-density memory foam or orthopedic foam mattress for support, a removable cover made of luxury upholstery fabric, and a water resisten inner lining to protect against accidents. 

 

Many of our designs also include a sturdy internal structure (like a wooden or metal frame in sofa-style beds) for added durability. All materials are chosen for their quality, longevity, and comfort – so your pet enjoys the best, and you get a bed that lasts.

How do I clean and care for the bed?

Pufé beds are designed to be low-maintenance. The removable pillow can be taken off and machine washed on a gentle cycle. We recommend using mild detergent and cold water to preserve the fabric’s integrity, then air drying (or tumble dry on low if the care label permits).

 

For quick clean-ups, you can vacuum the bed to remove fur and wipe the outer fabric with a damp cloth. The waterproof liner inside protects the foam; if needed, simply wipe it clean. By following these care steps, you’ll keep the bed looking pristine and feeling fresh for your pet.

What size should I choose for my pet? 

We offer Small, Medium and each product page includes dimensions and a breed size guide to help you choose. As a rule of thumb, measure your pet from nose to tail when they’re comfortably stretched out – the bed’s length should be a bit longer than this measurement. 

 

If your pet is between sizes or still growing (for a puppy), we suggest sizing up for extra space to sprawl. 

 

For large size that accommodates breeds like Labradors, Golden Retrievers, and German Shepherds, while Medium suits spaniels, bulldogs, etc. please contact uo individually. 

Can I customize a Pufé bed?
